  • the best thing to cut polystyrene is a Stanley blade and sandpaper to shape it. gr8 set of vids tho

  • @XoSAMBOIoX Not sure, If your wanting to cut foam with a dremel then i needs to be a variable speed. To high of speed may melt the foam.

  • i like what you did, i noticed that you are into tools, so why don't you use a freehand router foam cutter for the whole idea, it will take less time and once you can use it, u can build the whole thing in no time, help you in the grooves too. Good work i like it
