    I want to know how Greg Ham wound up having to pay for the entire Kookaburra mess! Anyone know- please email me at Angeloftheodd@yahoo.com... It saddened me deeply to hear how Greg's world spiraled and eventually ended. He was a truly talented man and the heart and soul of the band. Rest in Peace, sweet man...you deserved so much better!
