Allmost every righthandplyer lands on his left foot after serving. Exept for Boris Becker, who landed on his right foot and had front to net and could run forward towards the net. But if you look at more Stich matches, you will see he sometimes lands on the left sometimes on the right. Just another proove of his talent. Stich was the greatest underachiever of that generation. Like Mecir before, and Rios, Safin, nalbandian later.
@fromanotherstar: I agree. At least for men's tennis, serve and volley fits grass courts. I can understand women's tennis playing baseline / All-court tennis at Wimbledon.
