@WeKilledEMO they just have the color they have and each ig is different depending on where they came from or where their parents came from, but excellent food, megaray combo lighting, exercise and temps all play a part in keeping them very healthy :)

I'm planning getting a baby green iguana this tuesday,But I want a female Iguana.I have looked to alot of pages ,but i look and you can see your Iguana's Sex when its about a year and ahalf .Can you help me know when its a female but its a baby?Please?

My iggy,(Gumby) only has back claws; as the young wild ones in the cage had bitten his front ones off. This leaves me half the trimming! Remarkably though, he really doesn't mind me doing his hind ones. I use q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean first & then trim. I'm not sure if it maybe calms them with the cool sensation of the alcohol but I read it somewhere & it's a good idea to keep down infection. Hope that helps someone. Gumby actually sits & raises his foot for me! Thanks on the ANGLE!

dude. u are like awesome... see the thing is.. i live in the caribbean.. i been trying to get my hands on a iguana. but stupid people here likes to hunt n eat them. also.. how ca i get a iguana they are so fast the babes.. please dude.. i really need your help.. remember i live way over in the caribbean..
