Undeterred by the subprime mortagage crisis in the US, increasing numbers of middle-class Mexicans are buying low-cost property and moving into their own four walls.
The market is booming: Mexican market leader HOMEX builds up to 300 houses a day, which can sell for as little as $15,000. The real estate developers even supply the infrastructure to make these homes more attractive, building streets, parks, sports grounds and civic centres that the State is too broke to fund. And these days, HOMEX has partners in India and Egypt.
Homex should expand to other countries like Brazil, India and China

I'm Mexican American and everytime I go to Mexico, I see a bunch of Homemex properties being built all over the city landscape. I'm so glad that HomeMex is polishing the country with brand new modern properties. I can't stand the do it your self properties in Mexico because they look really poorly built and make cities in Mexico look bad and less sophisticated. Thank you HomeMex!!!!! I think HomeMex will eliminate do it yourself properties in Mexico!!!!!
