The Warner Theatre Costume Shop boasts 8,000 square feet of warehouse space filled with a variety of vintage and contemporary clothing along with costumes from the productions that the Warner Theatre has produced.
the Costume Shop was featured in Theatre CT magazine's October 2007 issue. The Costume Shop and its associates under the direction of Aurora Montenero as Costume Supervisor, worked on the Premier of Magic Tree House The Musical 2007. Porchworthy Productions were so impressed that they hired the Costume Shop back, with Aurora Montenero being Assistant to the Designer for the preparation for Magic Tree House The Musical 2008 National Tour.
The Warner Theatre Costume Shop occasionally offers items for sale on eBay.
Our collections are composed of Vintage mens and womens clothing and accessories from the 1920s, 30s, 40s and 50s, Retro from 1960s and 70s to Disco of the 80s. The costume shop also has a selection of Medieval and Renaissance pieces in our collection.
Our Musical Theatre collections include: The Wizard Of Oz or The Wiz, Beauty & The Beast, Music Man, Nunsense, Cinderella, Scrooge- The Musical or A Christmas Carol, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, My Fair Lady, Dames at Sea, Sound Of Music, King & I, Peter Pan, Miss Saigon, Oklahoma, 42nd Street, Grease, Damn Yankees, Fiddler on The Roof, Guys & Dolls, Annie, The Pirates of Penzance, Singing In The Rain, West Side Story, How to Succeed in Business, Amadeus, Annie. The Costume Shop has ensemble pieces for Annie Get Your Gun, Seussical -The Musical and the wigs from CATS along with some of the bodies.
