Really, people who defend cops to some degree, are worse than drug dealers, smugglers, rapists, murders? You're a fucking moron. The video you're replying to wasn't a very serious case of Police Brutality, if even a case at all. Yes, things could've gone better, but there are too many unknowns when dealing with a stranger who has a weapon and isn't responding to "Can you please put the knife down?"
Which is what the officer said before subdueing the woman. Which you ignore.

You are what's wrong with America. The police officer did her job the way she was trained to do. You act as if she continued to abuse the old woman once subdued. Perhaps psychic abilities could have assisted in this situation but for the officer on the scene all she knew is that there is a person with a weapon who is not following direction be that man, woman, young or old. If the old woman would have hurt a passer by the people would be saying why didn't the officer act quicker.

@kevinLAWLESS420 You don't have to look like a threat to BE a threat, nor is it stupid to consider someone with a weapon a threat regardless of their appearance.

@darthruneis did she look like a theat to you??
I hear people complain about how casual violence has become, and I try to point out that there have been far more violent societies. Reading some of these comments, however, makes me wonder if the people I speak to about it might have a point.
I've seen a woman cop take down an able-bodied adult man with less violence. This is why I thought most would still use careful judgment.
On the other hand, I have to wonder how many people would be justifying it if it had been an elderly white woman.

@pandarsson If we've become so afraid of our own shadows that this sort of abuse of power and trust has become acceptable (as long as it doesn't happen to you or someone you care about, of course), then we seriously need to find where our collective balls went.

Mate, you are a liberal, i got 2 minutes into your film and i had concluded that you are a sit on the fence type of guy. If you were a politician no one would vote for you

@goff8128 The foundation of liberalism is the belief in two concepts: liberty and equality. I'm guessing it's the equality part you're against?
If you support police brutality, well, my message for people that support it goes for you, too.
