GOOD GREIF! They're only sardines fer chrissakes. And if they're from a can they're NOT RAW!!!! They're cooked in the can. It's just a matter of personal taste but I really like sardines and canned mackerel is even better.

in my town we did a youth club and today we did a fear factor topic and i eat like 20 RAW sardines and 20 RAW ouster fat and stuff and i ate it with out throwin it up

Sardines are amazing. As an athlete, it's often top of my diet. I eat tunas/sardines/kippers virtually everyday.
