That game is Klondike, Canfield has a reserve, and four foundations.
and the game is not called "solitaire" the word Solitaire refers to any single player card game.

That screen image wasn't showing double Canfield. Canfield is set up with only four piles. This video showed five and it looked like Klondike. I suggest doing a video on simple one deck Canfield.
