While waiting for my first student, early Sunday morning, I decided to share the training center backyard area and also show the basic Defensive Quadrant strikes done in a chain mode. There are 4 strikes per side and you can improve your speed, coordination and reflexes is you do all 4 in a chain, meaning after you do the first strike, you will go to the defensive position right away and then continue with the second strike and so on... First, do the 4 strikes per side slowly and then build up speed . Back to the basics, boys and girls ! Practice... practice hard, but practice hard, Safely ! Master V
