This is the second video in the second workout series. This workout features exercise groups ab, hip centric leg, lower back, and traps. Fitmix generates unique workouts for is users. The combinations of exercise groups is always changing. In test we've seen no duplicate workouts in a 60 year period of 4 day a week workouts and 6 exercises per workout.
