Song by Adrian Rollini & His Orchestra, including Benny Goodman, Bunny Berigan, etc. in BioShock 2.
This song plays in three locations throughout the game. First, during the loading screen of the Atlantic Express, then on the jukebox in the Lounge of the Triton Theater in Dionysus Park (it is a usable jukebox, so you may have to click through the songs on it a few times to reach it), and in Ward A of the Infirmary Wing in Inner Persephone.
This version of the song is one that plays on a jukebox, so it is a bit less smooth than the loading screen version.

Bioshock and Fallout all in the old style wich is way better than MW3 with scopes wich zoom in that u can look at someone's beard hair

Damn it's not the one I'm looking for. You know the name of the song that plays when it's loading screen for multiplayer? The one that has no sounds... It also plays at DLC - Minora's Den when you turn on the first lights.
