It takes about 2 weeks to get all the parts cut. I have an amish man that has a high tech CNC router system and he does the top, bottom and center rings. I cut all the smaller pieces on my table saw with a dado blade and use my pattern cutting but on the router to cut curved parts. I am also involved with doing the Jedi Display system for the dome.
