I LOVE this cutscene which goes into battle... the true usage of Replekia.. beautiful!

This battle music is so awesome.
In fact, the whole battle (Part 3 and 4) is like FFVI's Kefka type battle.

Too bad fighting Raki 15x make me too powerful... which I need to unlock three pictures.

I love how people bash games based on graphics and keep forgetting that in the end it's about the fun factor, story, etc. For example, gamecube only sold roughly about 22 mil units worldwide, releasing Zelda windwaker, which got panned graphically by many fans, yet it managed to sell over 3 mil copies on such a small install base thanks to great gameplay. Now you have the wii with over 55mil + sold but the "better graphics" of Zelda twilight princess barely sold 4.5 mil...graphics are not all

I like plenty franchises.

Final Fantasy games cost millions to make and take years to develop, however, Square only lets cinematics take the center spot, while the gameplay is never stable, and throw out old ideas that with some refinement could be very good.

Some hate it because of how over-hyped it is, since there are other RPGs with better characters and stories.

And what is Ar tonelico? Great characters, music out from this world, and a great setting. That's what you're unable to get.

@narusux Yeah, I agree. Graphics are not everything.. I finished this game and do not mind its 2d-ness... the effects are STUNNING... and most of all, the music and story of the game is just outstanding! It never stops to amaze me, I mean... I'm still having goosebumps hearing just the first 2 seconds of the battle entrance's music.

@narusux Whats even better is that people that consider themselves "RPG players" are becoming more and more concerned about graphics. I bet there are people out there that won't even play some classics because they look "out dated". Such a shame.

Ar tonelico is my most favorite RPGs of all time that combines incredible music and awesome story setting!
