  • Great form and a good set of exercises - thanks for sharing. Out of interest, before attempting these do you think it's worth strengthening the arms by doing some handstands against a wall? A bit worried that if I do that pike I'll just headplant onto the floor!

  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.
