Lorain, OH (about 30 miles west of Cleveland) - I live a couple of blocks East of here and they use the road as a speedway. It's 35mph but most go 50 and better. It is one lane both ways and people do not follow the laws. There was a big bang and then the power went out. Go and read the article in the paper. It is so sad.
