Thank you for uploading this video. I think that the iris prolapse is indeed fluid trapped within the capsule behind the lens. The lens is plugging the capsulorrhexis and preventing the BSS from coming around. In the video, at 3:53, as soon as you rotate the lens, there is a gush of fluid coming around the left hand side of the rhexis and out the paracentesis. After that, everything behaves normally. Would hydration resolve so quickly? Dr. Devgan has as a similar video.
