Homemade Guitar #1

Here is the link to see the vid for my second homemade guitar: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avT0FXx_udI . I made this guitar from scratch with the helpof my guitar teacher. The body is made of mahogany, the bolt on neck is a 7 pice neck made up of maple, purpleheart, walnut, and paduck. The fret markers on the finger board are abalone. I used Seymour Duncan Invaders.

bridge pick-up is kinda far away from the bridge why is that?

@kabanosi Because my guitar teacher was the one who taught my how to build guitars and thats where he placed it and at that time i didn't know to much about guitars. If u look at my second homemade guitar the pick is placed much better.

how much is it to buy make your own

did you have to buy the neck or what cause im planing to make an acoustic guitar out of a certain material and idk how im going to get the fret board to work because its gonna be all one piece

@jckray ok wil have a look but the guitar is nice in furthers ways ;) just that bridge pick-ups catched my eye :P
