the time mashin has something to do with the story. wily took megaman from the future and reprogrammed him - the megaman from the future is quint by the way.

And this was the first Gameboy Mega Man game I defeated.

Okay, if I'm understanding the story behind this game correctly :
Wily steals a government time machine, travels into the future, kidnaps the future MegaMan, reprograms him and gives him the name Quint. Not only did Wily break the universe, but he also wasted his time. Why didn't he just go BACK in time and destroy MegaMan before Dr Light even finished building him?

You must be joking. Wily is never coming back, you saw it, his escape pod fell to Earth, there's NO WAY he survived that! Wily's dead, end of story. He's never coming back. And there is absolutely no chance of him showing up in an alternate universe in which MegaMan is a computer application. Never. It couldn't possibly happen. MegaMan as a computer program? That's ridiculous!
