  • i have gained about 5 pounfd in two weeks. i eat about 1000-15000 in the morning then i get the rest through out the day. usually somewhere later in the day i have a bigger meal consisting of 800-1000 calories. binging works really well. just eat twice a day. in the morning, then eat huge again about 7 hours later and then maybe before bed too. thats what i do and i have gained lots. although its all fat but thats what happens when ur a recovering anorexic
