  • The federal government HATES US. They don't CARE about us, they only want our MONEY!!!! End the tyranny from the federal government by getting back to following the Constitution!!!

  • WHY does she have a public defender? This is such an important case, one would think there exists a liberty-minded lawyer to take up her cause.

  • If you are STUPID enough not to pay your due Taxes, then I think they should throw the book at her, and lock her up and throw away the key, and keep her selfish ass off the streets for as long ass possible.

  • @MagnusIan that's why they use the Nazi police to enforce there brand of law on us when marshal law comes and its coming we are all in trouble cops will eliminate the poor the sick and anyone they don't like, but get ready its coming to a town near us all until it gets to us.

  • would someone please tell me who those men in the woods are?

  • Under the articles of confederation the most a politician could hope for is to inflict his will on a single state. Under the constitution they could start inflicting their will on the entire nation.

If you look at the constitution as a point on a continuum of politicians seeking as much power over the people of a new nation that they believed they could get away with you will find that it is no longer a mystery that it "failed" to restrain the state.

    Legislatures legislate. They knew.

  • Again with this power grab. Explain, in full ,what exactly you mean by that.

  • They met to solve a few problems with the articles of confederation and instead they created a new constitution, that they were not authorized to create, and a federal government.

Sounds like a power grab to me.

  • What? A power grab? You seriously need to read up on the American Revolution & the formation of the United States.
