The ads that are on youtube are there to help fund it and keep it free for us.
The ad's that people spam the holy hell out of in threads and videos like this aren't, they are there just to be annoying and try to scam people into things a lot of the time.
IMO it's the worst part of youtube and all spammers should be banned.

I said ads on videos. NOT PAID. I saw like 1000 of videos with ads and they wasnt removed for like a half year... AND THEY WASNT CRITIZED. SO WHAT??

The videos you're talking about are probally videos with a watermark on them, an Ebaumworld watermark or such.
Those videos are just video's that people have taken from other websites (with the websites name on it) and placed here.
