Hi Cindy,
I love your introducing question. At the end of the day, it's all about increasing our probability of success. When following the 5 pillars, we can almost guarantee success, the only question is how long it will take...and that depends on our personal efforts we put into our business.
In fact, reading the company's policy guide can save us a lot of time. In most cases, we don't even to look at the other pillars...

Awesome video Cindy, and great tips too. It's amazing how many people join a company without reading the policies and procedures. I've done it myself in the pass and it was a nightmare.
I'm glad to see you educate the masses on the five pillars.
