i lived there for almost a year, its descent. almost boring life is wut u make it. its nice and chill, totally like a coffee shop town. thats partly what i didnt like of it, its a place for rich old ladies in my opinion, most of the time. otherwise its like anywhere else. anytown canada. seen worse but yea, didnt see any amazing BOOM town thats for fucking sure. laid back. this vid is a totally nice view of some of what the place does have to offer though. go o collary dam and take a train ride.

@nimocity Hello nimocity - If you are a young man "get out of Nanaimo". Find a partner and leave that island. If you don't, you'll be in the same position thirty years from now. You must go where there is "meaningful" employment. If you travel with a partner it doubles your chances, as one might find a job at the location where you are moving to. Good luck to you, I'd hate to be young and trapped on the island.
