    The PSOE & PP, which are both centrist parties loyal to Spanish unity, won the most recent election in the Basque region. The separatists have lost democratically in the heart of their own homeland. The people have spoken, and the Basque region IS Spain!

  • The festival originates in the ancient cult of Mithras, which was followed mainly by the ancient Roman legions. The sacrifice of bulls in honor of the god Mithras was a staple of Mithraic rituals. Mithras was a patron of soldiers and weaponry, and his worship was said to bring good fortune in combat to those who paid the proper homage.

    It was continued and adapted over the centuries, against the wishes of the church, who saw it as a pagan ritual. The Iberians do not let go of their tradition
