I made this cake for my little sisters friend who was in her teens and loves winnie the pooh. I got the idea from a publix cake catalog except it was a sheet cake. I purchased the decorations at the publix and made my own version on a rounded cake. The entire cake is made of buttercream, I got the idea of using piping gel for the water from Amber of Cakes on youtube.
