315 pound bench press raw with powerlifter back arch.

Bodyweight: 220 pounds
Height 5'7

How to do a powerlifter back arch:

A powerlifter back arch is done by brining your legs back as far as you can towards the bar, with your feet flat and planted, this will help but an arch in your back.

You also have to make sure your butt is touching the bench, if the butt comes off the bench it can lead to lower back pain, and also in powerlifting meets it does not count as a lift,

Your butt and feet must be planted and flat if they come off the ground and bench that doesn't count as a lift.

An Incorrect back arch:

An incorrect back archer there back with there butts off the bench and moviing there feet and not keeping them flat.
