TheTriple Wreck high gain distortion pedal... designed to get that massively thick distortion through a clean amp! Complete with options to get the PHAT QOTSA, Weezer-esque fuzz as well as AMAZING Gilmour type "Big Muff" fuzz tones!

It's here!!! The Triple Wreck Distortion
After hundreds of emails BEGGING us to bring it back... we responded! The new Triple Wreck Distortion... same high gain distortion as the Limited Edition Triple Recstortion but we've added MORE flexibility....A boost switch that changes it from the triple recstortion to more of a 'big muff pi' type tone - think david gilmour tones. With this switch turned on, it have a knob that pans between creamy fuzz to crunchy distortion.

I currently have a Fender Twin Reverb reissue. How do you think it would take this pedal? i am bound to find out soon anyway. just looking for different opinions. :D was thinking about selling that amp and buying a triple recto. but idk... then id have to buy the cab and all that jazz... DECISIONS DECISIONS!

  • @madcheshire77 Brian's primary test amp is a Twin RI. I can guarantee you it sounds amazing through those amps :)

  • @wampcat well that is VERY good news! :D i will order it next week! thanks for the reply!

  • The Wampler SLO is great "modern" sounding distortion/overdrive as well.

  • @sroberts408 ON line is your best bet, ProGuitarShop has them in stock no wait, and a simple return policy if by chance, however impossible that might be you do not like it, (crappy amp??)

I would suggest to you to try the Plextortion for the sounds you like, the Triple Wreck is very intense and gets into nuclear meltdown fuzz. Not always a good thing as in not an overall use all the time tone. Kick on the Triple for a lead, The Pinnacle is EVH tone in a box sounds more like power tube gain.

  • From the old farts who use the mighty half stack, just wanted to say thanks for the pedals Brian. Seriously killer drives and gains. I think I am getting this one after my Ecstasy drive next week. I plan to try and collect most of them slowly but surely. I do not have the big budget these days so 1 a month is my best. That E drive is so good I am thinking if getting 2 for different settings. Keep them coming man. Some of us get the quality and tone!

  • wow!

  • Good Demo man ... Thanx ... Now I'm undecided again ... lmao !

  • @wampcat

Hi, I have a Fender Tele with a Dimarzio Super Distortion T pup run through a Fender HRD 1x12.

The tones I'm after are the Green Day, Nirvana, Slash stuff. Would you recommend the Triple Wreck or Plexortion?

I can't find anywhere who sells them both in order to try em out.

    Thanks
