Song from 'the Witches

Some of you may have seen the 1990 film The Witches as a kid, or maybe even just recently since Halloween just crept by. But this little song stood out for me in this movie. I really cant explain why, but to me theres something great about it.
Ive been trying to figure out what instruments this is made of, but I cant because Im not music smart.
