A demonstration of the tailoring minigame in Mabinogi, using a special mod to the graphical interface. Note how I perfectly line up each point as I sew, but the actual needlework is off by a random amount, in a random direction. At the end of the video, pause to look at all three minigames side-by-side.

I don't play Mabinogi anymore; much too busy to keep up with the weekly grinding I'd have to do to justify paying for service, and I hate playing without service. I used to play on Ruairi, which is a meh server, all things considered.

its easy just place the square on the x dont unclick just drag to the circle

Even if you place the mouse cursor in the exact spot you want, the location where the thread actually ends up is randomized based on your Tailoring rank. That's what this video was made to demonstrate.

I should note that, since the making of this video, it's become possible to reach rank 1 Tailoring, and the higher numbered ranks do make the randomization occur in a much smaller area.

okey what if im on rank novice or rank F??? and gonna make a rank 9 clothes would it be the same as an rank F tailoring an rank F clothes??? and would it be harder or somthing? please answer im gonna make selina sexy bare look but im on rank novice

The Tailoring has Really Changed since 2008 now the Randomazation isn't really around because nexon finally realized that what would be the point of testing your skill in that if its just gonna be random anyway
