  • Actually cars would be much more expensive without robots. You dont need to pay salary to machines. Of course robots cost a lot, but they pay themselves back. And robots are also much faster than humans. In todays modern society everything needs to happen fast, and robots are the solution.

    Every car company uses robots these days but ofcourse there are still human workers needed. Robots are mostly used for repeating tasks such as painting or spotwelding . The problem with robots is that their intelligence is limited by sensor information so that more complicated tasks such as electrical wiring or dashboard assemblies are still done by humans because for these mounting applications a lot more variance in position or mounting procedures is needed.
