@mrkdui he plays different because his hands are so freakin huge, so why bother with usual fingerings..

@dirtydonki Actually Alan has said that he doesn't practice much because otherwise he just ends up playing the same licks over and over again or something like that. I think he's aproach to guitar is different because he doesn't just play 3-note-per-string scales all day.
