Hey dumb ass. I am no arguing it is the fault of the provider. I am saying it is a stupid idea all around... Either way the kids ends up choking. Which is my point! They may not choke but a lot of children might. Also it could be construed as the companies fault for making the product in the first place. It is called product liability.

Thus they are taught by themselves by eating the fruit snacks that the legos will taste the same, because they do not know better.
