Abortion is for Murderers

http://RiledUp.com - Abortion is a big argument on RiledUp.com. One of the biggest. I think that there simply is no question what is right and what is wrong on this point. It's murder. Yea maybe the birth control didn't work, but you knew the risk and that Birth control doesn't always work. If your not ready to be a parent, then give it up for adoption, don't KILL it. It sickens me that there are some people who would give their life for their house hold pet, but not care for the life of their unborn child. There are only two exceptions that I think are valid; Rape, and if the life of the mother will be in Jeopardy if she gives birth to the child. Thats IT. Anyways thats my opinion.

lol someone made the comment about miscarriages. Come ON, how is that even an argument? Of course the women is not in any fault there. Its an uncontrollable situation and isn't really part of this argument. What it all boils down to is this, Be responsible! Don't go thinking you can sleep around without protection and then when you get pregnant "opps I'll just go get this taken care of because I'm such an irresponsible @#$@#$." It if can smile,respond to you etc, then its freakin ALIVE!

A Brazilian archbishop says all those who helped arape victim get an abortion are to be excommunicated.

The girl, aged NINE, became pregnant with twins. It is alleged that she had been sexually assaulted over a number of years by her stepfather.

The excommunication applies to the child's mother and the doctors involved in the procedure. Doctors said that her uterus did not have the ability to contain one child let alone two, but the church still tried to stop it. SICK.

I agree with you 100%.  Mother's life was in danger. Things are different when it is a choice between the life and death of the mother baring. If she dies, then how will they live?

As for having the baby and giving it up for adoption: Adoption can really ruin a child. Why do that? Aside from that, why go through with that stress on the body for something that can't even think or live for itself and will likely end up with loads of problems due to adoption?

You can get chemical abortion before the first 5-7 weeks. it doesnt even develop a heartbeat till after 7 weeks anyways so you cant really say that the person is a murderer

consciousness: having an awareness of one's environment and one's own existence, sensations, and thoughts. a response to stimulus does not mean that the fetus can feel or move with intention. one can only be conscious while awake. a fetus is in a deep "sleep" until the fetus is out of the womb.

how is abortion murder? isn't murder an illegal action? doesn't murder only pertain to indisputable human beings?

btw, morality is subjective. you cannot and do not dictate morality for other people. "right" and "wrong" differ from person to person.

btw, fetuses are incapable of consciousness. consciousness occurs AFTER birth.

really? so according to you, abortion magically became illegal? biology, medicine, law, philosophy, and theology have no consensus on whether a fetus is a human being or not, and neither has society as a whole.

if abortion was murder, 2/3 of women in america should be in jail right not. murder is a federal crime, which means, you go to jail/get punished for it.
