@AbraxysS It's 240P because it's a windows movie maker video. The MP3 was 320KBPS and i managed to get the WMV to convert the MP3 into suitable high quality. the only reason I get "240P" on this video is because the video portion of this song is a picture. The video file was a bit larger than the MP3 but not enough to make youtube post it on "480P".
