I'll tell you this much, she's no Linda Ronstadt. Not a bad singer, but TERRIBLE song choice. Sad to say she did'nt do it justice. Blue Bayou is one of those songs you REALLY have to sing, she just...did'nt do it!

this is what simon thought....she isn't good but with the right image and with the right things needed we can make her marketable......that is what is sickening to me.... real artists don't need things for them to be marketable if the talent and originality is there people will notice...all they need is exposure.

sorry i mean im usually not critical but her beauty did play a part in her acceptance. Simon has let people with much better voices go so i mean i dont really think her voice was what got her in. She's not bad but very average.
