Nice engine. Are you still with 131? Used to be with 59 a while ago.

sorry this was supposed to be on the other comment

usually for auto fire alarms, we rolled E1, E2, then Heavy rescue, but with the amount of auto alarms that are falses, and how local they are, we rolled E1, E2, and heavy rescue hold in station until needed. juniors are only allowed to roll in heavy rescue, tanker, and sometimes brush or special rescue

alright true, but i'm sure they have other apparatus going to the scene. Like i don't know what they have for apparatus but for a automatic alarm for my dept. is usually 2 engines and a rescue but if it's a house fire it's 1 engine first due, 1 engine 2nd due, 1 ladder mutual aid (since were only an engine company), 1 rescue to the scene if it's in an hydrant area, if not they'll have a tanker either 2nd or 3rd and then have the rescue roll.

its legal resons, also that truck is only a 3 man jump cab, they arent gonna throw a junior in the place of a seasoned firefighter on a truck with limited seating
-
what kind of turn out gear do they have
-
oh man that sucks dude, seriously i would fight that, why can't you go on some but some others you can, thats how juniors/probies learn, my dept. started doing it and i didn't like the ideal of juniors not allowed to be on, thats how you get to learn and deal with the every day thing of being a firefighters. But wow, then what the hell do you do then if your not allowed to call?
-
lol
You must be a probie if you just stand there video taping your guys responding, thats pathetic.

Man i knew a local department with a Peterbilt/FMC but now it's being sold but it's still in pretty good condition. Not to common in the U.S.
