Looking along the straight from Westgarth station on Melbourne's Hurstbridge line, you can see Dennis station, the Victoria Road level crossing, Fairfield station, then all the way to the curve just before Alphington. Just after 9:50 am it is possible to see three trains at once on this stretch, and on this occasion it just happened to be one of each of the three types of train that can currently be seen operating on this line! The first train to appear is a Comeng running the 9:07 am Hurstbridge to Flinders Street service. Then an X'trapolis appears running the 9:36 to Heidelberg. Right behind the Comeng is a Hitachi set returning empty from running the 9:16 service to Heidelberg. These are the only two Heidelberg services all day, both return empty and stable at Victoria Park, where they wait until the evening peak.
Did the Hitachi train stop at a signal before the station trailing the Comeng?

@kutless22974 Yeah it waited at the signal just before Victoria Road while the Comeng was stopped at Westgarth, I cut it out.
