Home exercise program that can be done by everyone.

~Bench Press - Chest, shoulders and triceps
~Triceps Extensions - triceps
~Shoulder Press - shoulders and triceps
~One Arm Rows - back and biceps
~Dumbbell Curls - biceps
~Squats - thighs, hamstrings and glutes (butt)
~Kneeling Kickbacks - hamstrings and butt
~Lying Bridges - hamstrings and butt
~Crunches - abs

  • @BodyPerformanceTV steve if you learn lots of what you know from books could you tell me the name of those books so i can find and read them to learn some of this stuff like you, not trying to become a expert but just you know some information. also if theres websites could you share some of them with me please?

  • I believe I have overworked my biceps compared to the rest of my body. I can do 30+ curls no problem with 20 or 35 lb weights. But for some reason I can't do even 5 shoulder presses with 10 lb weights

  • Crunches not sit ups

  • @avedisphoto1 Is this only to loose weight or also to build some muscles?. I am 1,86 M and 74 kg and I do not want to loose more weight . I want to know that this exercise set is ok for me to perform.

  • @mlh8723 no. teens dumb enough to get fat and think its ok, would not listen to any authority figure.
