  • Why so many turns of hose on the wheel?Wouldn't just one turn achieve the same thing?

  • it needs the turns to create the pressure

  • Great. How did you or what did you use to connect the moving wheel hose to the stationary discharge hose. My daughter wants to make something like this for her science class. Thanks

  • The hose goes into a hollow axle which connects to the out going pipe via a swivelling joint which basically is a straight plumbers joint which is held stationary.

  • Interesting! What exactly is turning the wheel continuously for more than a year? I could not see any power supply or cause for wind energy or such. Where is the energy source.

    Or is it water flow?

  • The power source is in the title

  • what a waste of pipe .. some little pans in the right shape would lead the water beside in the right height .. so u dont need any pipe at all ...

Just watch old mills .. some are also collecting water and bring it up in a better way then having such a rotational axis for the pipe

Ive seen better ones like that from like 1800 ..
