As much as i like him, it has to be Bourne.
Although before Bauer gets killed by Bourne, he will punch Bourne so hard that Bourne will get amnesia!

Well, now this is a tough decision for me.
Chuck Norris is a pussy unless he has the slow-motion roundhouse kick.
Bourne doesn't even need a gun. Just a car and a can of Kung-Fu or basically anything around him like a pen or a rolled-up magazine.
Bauer resorts to torture & shouting when he runs out of guns, knifes or is tired to punching & kicking.
Rambo isn't that skilled without a knife or gun although he does know how to twists necks.
Daniel Craig/ Connery's version of Bond is amazing

Yeah, I think both characters are about equal but it's still debatable about who would win overall.
Bourne can use anything as a weapon while Bauer just has guts. I still don't know
