Settings: Displayed in the video ( couldn't get it over 55 view distance. but yeah, it's good enough for me.
Fps: 45-50 fps average!
System Specs, UPDATED (2009-10-07)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit (Ram Memory Locked At 3.25GB)
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3,2Ghz Black Edititon
GPU: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 Gddr3 512MB, Dual Slot Edition.
RAM MEMORY: 4GB A-DATA DDR3 1333MHz DDR3-1333
POWER-SUPPLY: XION 500W PSU.
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M4A78T-E, AMD 790GX Socket AM2/AM3, ATX.
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB + 120GB Samsung
CASE: oooh, it's just a ugly budget case :/. Will buy a new one later on.

Just remove the limits to get the view distance over 55 :P
Left click on the shorcut , and add to the name " norestrictions " i think it work i've tryed it myself i get an avarage 20 -30 fps on max setings in some places even 50 :D but i have AMD Phentom II X4 2.6GHz with GeForce GTX 460 2 gb ;) but i can have a better fps with a better procesor ;)

It's weird on my computer that my memory usage is 332/493 in the graphics options and the game still has about 20- 40 fps...

is 50 as your draw distance good? cos im going to get this card (4850) but im not sure to get 512mb or 1gb.

Yeah 50 draw distance is good enough man.. On xbox 360 it's only about 20-30 draw distance.
