@Nadsterledzep123 it is a pack that includes "action" material such as explosion, smoke, muzzle flashes, water, and other stuff. you can buy it at

videocopilot

for 100-250$, or you maybe look for the cd on ebay, craigslist, etc.. for a cheaper price, It's called Action Essentials2 as said in the uploader comments, it can be somewhat hard beginning to work with but you'll get used to it but it's worth it!
