  • I recently bought the same actioncamera, thinking that it came with a recorder, which it did not... =D

So i just wondered what you used to record this video?

    Was it expensive?

  • @l0lr0flm40 i plugged it into an aiptek MiniMedia Player (pretty cheap on ebay etc) camera, but you can use any cam with an AV-in, or plenty of MP4 recorders but they must have an "AV-In" socket.

    Hope that was some help.

    Thanks for your comment :)

  • Nice video. I like the music, too. Who is it?

  • Music is by Aryon, Hawkwind Melody (cover mix). Pleased you like it, thanks for the comment.

  • Good comment, thanks: yea was a pretty sedate ride, a higher-up helmet cam doesn't give the same impression of speed as a camera mounted lower down, or one with a wider field of view where you see the tarmac rushing by as a rule.

see some of me others with the camera lower down and it looks completely different.

Good thing about a helmet camera is that there is very little vibration compared to mounting a cam on the bike. Specially with cheap cams.

  • You're riding on the wrong side of the road. LOL

  • we like to live dangerously over here ;)

  • I know i have to use something with an A/V-input, that's what i struggle finding. But thanks to you my problem might be solved =D Ill check the MiniMedia Player out, thank you ;D

  • Nice bike, too. I ride a VFR myself, a 6th gen. Love it. Did a 6800 mile trip on it last sept. thru the western states here in the US. The bike didn't miss a beat.

  • That looked a sedate ride, does the camera give a feeling of speed?
