I run an online retail business for baby and kids clothing and accessories called Old Skool Baby (www.oldskoolbaby.com). I've always loved the idea of managing and/or owning my own business, but quite frankly, I've been too apprehensive to take the leap and make it happen. As my 36th birthday began to loom, I started doing some research about how to make my dream into a reality.
