Thanks for posting this great music I appreciate it very much

The great late Johnny Cook was a phenomenon at singing high tenor. No voice like his has ever been found to compare for smoothness and extreme highness. He is surely missed by all especially all his friends from Bradford, Tennesee and, in particular, Idlewild, Tennessee.

Johnny Cook is one of my favorites also. He also reminds my both visually and vocally of the late Larry Copeland who I had the previlege of singing with from 1990 - 1997 with 'Heratwarming, The Southmen, and The Southerners. Hearing Johnny sing this really makes me miss Larry and our time together with the quartets. He was a great Christian man, friend and awesome tenor singer. Thanks for posting this!

Thanks for posting this song. It is my favorite of Johnny's, thanks Lora, berni
Johnny Cook is one of my all-time favorite tenors, and the Statesmen are legendary. I have to say, though, my favorite version of Cook singing this was his solo version in the 1970's. Still -- they did a great job here. Thanks for posting!
