  • @tamsin021 In america, that cut of beef will cost around 80 to 100 us dollars, depending on the grade of beef you choose. This how I get almost all my meats, we have a local butcher that can get almost anything I can dream of. Erin~

  • Wow, thats a Striploin, not a Top Butt Sirloin. You are cutting it belly up which is technically incorrect. Always cut fat side up, animals back is facing the sky that way. And FFS do not pretrim Striploin EVER! Slice your steaks and then trim them. its Really REALLY wasteful. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.... you cut like youre sawing a tree. cutting meat should be a few slices as if the knife and cutting board are a pair of scissors. The knife should always be touching the table as you SLICE.

  • please do your meat cutting homework before making a fool of yourself . get the proper tools and remember "safety first".... your cutting board is shifting around too damn much!
