You'll get a better idea of phenotype as the girls get older if you are interested in that aspect.The "blueprint"as it is sometimes called slowly unfolds into & beyond puberty but phenotype is rarely a specific representation of personal genetic variance.What's most important,as I've explained,is not a random percent allocation of genetic variables from each parent,but the fact that these 2 little girls are precious & loving, full of energy & curiosity & are clearly a blessing to their parents.

No-genetics doesn't work that way. Genotype & phenotype are different. For example,my friend of African ancestry & her husband who is Western European have 3 children.One presents phenotypically w/ light skin,one has dark skin, & one has a lovely light brown tone to her skin. Genetics is basically a toss-up as to who gets which genes.Most importantly,we are all beautiful exactly as we are & our racial & ethic backgrounds are a testiment to our ancestors' ability to survive & adapt.

Oh for Heaven's sake--for the last time. Barry is 1/2 white and 1/2 black. Mi$helle is, well, we're not sure. Anyway, their little girls would certainly be what may be termed "bi-racial," but they are definitely both adorable. Race doesn't matter--they're sweet, innocent little girls.
