i used to do that with 40,000 volts and several million amps. you know the results just be very safe.

400 volts is not that much, but it is still very dangerous. As it has been said before, this is not a transformer so it isn't true high voltage, just a set of capacitors.

LMAO, @ high voltage power supply. Sorry kiddies, this is not a high voltage power supply, this is low voltage supply charging a cap then discharging it, can't be sustained at those voltages. Basically a camera flash is what it is with most likely a bigger cap. you should really change the title of this video dude.
