This is my all time favourite Carl Perkins tune even though that's a secret I won't admit to everyone but when I heard it it was a defiunite gospel hymn for me. Tommy Cash's album Six White Horses was his biggest hit single and likke his older brother Johnny he had good voice.

The guy at the bottom is Joe Paul Houserman. He & his wonderful family attend our drive-in theatre, near Williamsport, PA, on a regular basis!

I loved "Rise and Shine" as a kid! "Six white Horses" was also a masterpiece! Great Gospel-just in a little different light. Thanks for the fabulous post!
